Deitsch's Non-Woven Substrate Quilted on our equipment to top sheet for Health Care application.

Deitsch's Non-Woven capacity is well know through out the industry. We have some of the most technically advanced machinery in North America. We can run as wide as 194" wide (usable width)!

Fibers - Deitsch uses an array of Fibers including but not limited to:

  • Polyester
  • Polypropylene
  • Acrylic
  • Rayon
  • Wool
  • Blends
  • Flame Retardant Fibers
  • Antimicrobial Fibers
  • Low Melt Fiber Blends

Finishes - Deitsch can finish our Non-Woven with a Heat Set & Glazing.

We can create composites with needlepunch webs combined with:

  • Scrims
  • Fabrics
  • Other Needlepunch Webs of different fibers
  • Other Non-Woven Fabrics

Our latest addition is our Quilting division that enables us to quilt your Top Sheet to our Non-Woven substrate in a number of patterns (diamond, Big Onion, Small Onion, etc.). Call us and see what we can do for you!
