Deitsch Plastic has 3 main lines that we can produce a wide variety of items
for many different industries.
- Lamination Division
- On our Laminating lines we can laminate many different substrates to
PVC vinyl or other films. We can emboss the product in a wide variety of
animal grains and styles. In addition we have an in house print operation
that can enhance your product with a print from our library of over 150
prints.
- Polyurethane Casting Division

With our state of the art casting lines Deitsch has the ability to
cast any number of Polyurethanes on to many substrates (woven textile,
non-woven fabric, scrim, leather, etc.) We can go as wide as 78" usable
width. Deitsch can produce Hi Visibility & Fire Resistant products for your

- Non Woven Needle-Punch & Quilting
Divisions

Deitsch's Non-Woven capacity is well know through out the industry.
We have some of the most technically advanced machinery in North America. We
can run as wide as 194" wide (usable width)!
Our latest addition is our Quilting division that enables us to quilt
your Top Sheet to our Non-Woven substrate in a number of patterns (diamond,
